3. Eligibility

6. Fees & Pricing

Our fee structure varies by service:

  • Advisory Plans: $99 - $799 per month, billed annually
  • Loan Origination Fees: 1% - 6% of loan amount (varies by product)
  • Wealth Management: 0.5% - 1.5% of assets under management annually
  • Tax Services: Flat fee based on complexity
  • Insurance: Commission-based, disclosed at point of sale

All fees are disclosed upfront. We do not charge hidden fees. Specific fee details are provided in your service agreement.

7. User Obligations

You agree to:

  • Use our services only for lawful purposes
  • Provide truthful and accurate information at all times
  • Not attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Not use our services for money laundering or fraudulent activities
  • Not share your account credentials with others
  • Not scrape, copy, or redistribute our content without permission
  • Not interfere with other users' access to our services
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website and services, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and digital downloads, is the property of Expert Money Point or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Expert Money Point, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

  • Your breach of any loan agreement or service contract

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services immediately, without prior notice, if:

  • You violate these Terms or any service agreement
  • You provide false or misleading information
  • You engage in fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Your account remains inactive for 12 months
  • Required by law or regulatory authority

Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. Outstanding loan obligations survive termination.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States of America, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Adams County, Colorado.

You waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.
